After the consultation, you'll decide whether you receive your monthly supply through one of our trusted pharmacy partners or a pharmacy of your choice. Your monthly at-home treatment kit is delivered to your doorstep within3-5 business days. Your prescription will be filled and shipped automatically each month unless you cancel your membership.

Your virtual consultation helps your provider determine the best ketamine dose for your unique needs. Once approved, an independent pharmacy fills and ships 30 days of medication at this dosage each month, unless your prescription changes. Dosages can only be changed by the prescribing provider.
You can discuss dose changes with your provider through secure messaging in the member area.
