We operate as the administrative infrastructure behind the patient journey, providing scheduling, communication support, and pharmacy coordination. All medical services are provided by independent healthcare professionals who are solely responsible for patient care and treatment decisions.
Any communications through the Website or patient portal do not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with a licensed physician.
Mindscape Holdings LLC does not influence, modify, or interfere with medical decisions made by independent healthcare providers. Any diagnosis, prescription, or treatment provided is at the sole discretion of the provider, and Mindscape Holdings LLC shall bear no liability for such decisions.

All medical decisions, including treatment eligibility, are made at the sole discretion of the provider. Mindscape Holdings LLC has no control over and assumes no liability for provider determinations.
When a patient books a telemedicine appointment, Mindscape Holdings LLC places a hold on the patient’s card for the full membership price, which includes the cost of both the telemedicine consultation and prescribed medication.
If the provider approves the patient for treatment, the charge is processed in full.
If the provider determines the patient is not eligible for treatment, the patient will receive a full refund, and Mindscape Holdings LLC assumes the cost of the provider consultation.
Payments for consultations and prescriptions must be made in advance.
Once a prescription has been issued and fulfilled, no refunds will be provided.
Chargebacks or disputes without valid cause may result in suspension of access to our Services.
Mindscape operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize Mindscape Holdings LLC to charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis until cancellation. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
Mindscape Holdings LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the effectiveness, success, or safety of any treatments or medications.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or complications arising from medications prescribed through our platform.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of user information.
In no event shall Mindscape Holdings LLC, its affiliates, or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our Services.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in question.

These communications may be automated, including AI-assisted chat responses or appointment reminders. Standard messaging rates apply. You may opt out at any time.

Mindscape does not control the compounding or dispensing of medication and is not responsible for fulfillment operations. All medications are shipped directly from the licensed pharmacy.
